1. The game

Colossal Dungeon is a free browser game in early access, run by the operator named in the imprint. Playing costs nothing and there is nothing to buy. It is a horror game with violence and dark themes. Not every figure that looks like a player is one: the game controls some of them. By playing you accept these terms and the privacy notice.

2. Age

You must be 18 or older to play.

3. Early access: no guarantees

• The game is unfinished and provided as it is. It can be offline, slow, changed or shut down at any time, without notice.
• Progress (levels and anything else) can be reset or wiped at any time, for example after an update or a server move.
• There is no right to access the game or to keep progress.

4. Rules of conduct

• Play fair: no cheating and no exploiting bugs. Report bugs instead.
• No bots, scripts, or modified or automated clients. Only the operator runs bots, to test the game.
• Do not attack, overload or probe the servers or the network, and do not try to reach what is not meant for players.
• No harassment, threats, hate or impersonation of other players.
• Follow the law.

5. Enforcement

The operator may warn, disconnect or ban a player, for a time or for good, when these rules are broken or to protect the game and other players. If you think a ban was a mistake, write to the operator.

6. Report abuse

Report abuse: e-mail the operator. Say what happened, when, and where in the game.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, the operator is not liable for damage from using the game, for interruptions or for lost progress. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any liability that the law makes mandatory, remain.

These terms may change. The date at the top shows the current version.
